CFOs are under more pressure than anyone within the organisation to reduce budgets and show return on investment for any outlay. But the report reveals many aren’t keeping a close enough eye on their outsourcing deals, and a large proportion don’t hold faith in their CIO colleagues’ ability to communicate outsourcing’s benefits back to the business.
